If needing to make a room reservation, call the Clarion at 1-800-277-8711.  Ask for group reservations for AC FLORA ALUMNI.  Special rates for rooms at the Clarion are $79 per night ... several rooms have become available for Friday night and an additional block of rooms have been reserved for Saturday night.

FRIDAY 7PM - 10PM, March 26th

AC Flora High School will host a school fundraiser from 7PM-10PM at The Coop, 1100 Key Road, behind ETV.  This event is open to ALL graduates of AC Flora High School, 1962-2009.Tickets are $50 per person... heavy hors d'oeuvres and open bar.  Proceeds from this event will be divided among three school groups:  PTSO, School Foundation, and the Booster Club. 

The school will provide classroom space for individual classes to hold a class meeting during the 11AM -2PM timeframe.  Rooms have already been requested for our nine classes, '62-'69, beginning at 11AM.  Please choose someone from your class to be in charge of your class meeting space.  From 11:30-12:00 the school will have a special presentation in the new theatre.  A fried chicken box lunch will be available for those who would like to have lunch together.  The cost of the box lunch is $6.50 with proceeds allocated for school projects via the PTSO, School Foundation, and the Booster Club.  Tickets for the box lunch must be purchased through the school's web site by March 23.  Alumni may want to gather in their assigned classrooms and wait together for the guided tours that will be given of the new campus.

It is exciting to think of all the lives that will be touched in the future... Flora graduates who have received and Flora graduates who will receive scholarships from the FIRST FIVE YEARS FOUNDATION... and all of the many people who will benefit from the higher education of the scholarship recipients... for good, for ever! 50 x 50 was not our first goal... and 50 x 50 is not our last goal.  From the very first scholarships that were awarded in 2003, we have moved to two endowed scholarships that have been given from 2006-2009.  2010 will see yet another increase in the number of scholarships awarded! The playing field is wide open.  Be a team player and help make another 'touchdown' a reality!
